Degraded performance

Due to the maintenance of yesterday evening 21:00 CEST 15-12-2025 we are experiencing degraded performance. The goal of this update was to get rid of these issues that have also occurred the past 3 weeks. The merge was a success but it seems there are some complications, our development team is looking into this with the highest priority. For updates please check our status page. Resolved - The performance issues have been resolved. Yesterday evening (15-12-2025 at 21:00 CEST) we have moved to a new cluster to permanently solve the performance issues of the past weeks. This morning we experienced similar issues but ramped up the cluster permanently to make sure the problems of this morning will not appear again. Back online

Everything is back online now. We deeply apologize for the downtime and degraded performance earlier. What happened: We did a rollout of a new production cluster Monday evening. This caused some issues this morning since we installed new servers that didn’t perform as we had expected (according to tests on staging). It also resulted in external integration issues due to a misconfiguration of in- and outbound ip addresses. Correcting this triggered a rebuild of the entire cluster which caused things to be offline for the duration of the rebuild of the cluster. We expect things to be stable now. Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
